Three new restaurants opened up on South Tejon, with the grand opening of the Denver Biscuit Company. Owner Drew Shader says he chose Colorado Springs because of the redevelopment.
“We just loved what was going down here on South Tejon, and first and foremost, we love the building,” Shader says.
The building did see extensive remodeling. A rooftop was added along with extra space for the other two new restaurants.
